Is there such a thing? Lose your belly diet book? I think at some point in everyone’s life they struggle with some form of unwanted weight gain. And I am sure that you yourself have your own struggles that you deal with, of course why else would you be here. Let me begin with a little struggle of my own. I am 35 years old and , male, maybe 10-15 lbs overweight. Nothing extremely outrageous but enough now that I know I need to do something about it. My point to all this is to draw a comparison, how difficult it can be to accomplish something.
I have been a smoker for over 20 years now and struggle with it every day. The smell, the money, the shameful looks you can get from people while you are smoking that cigarette. I have tried countless times, more than I can count on my fingers to try and quit this disgusting habit. That is until I found the right program to follow.
